As our products are physical books, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged in transit.

If your order does arrive damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email address], including:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

We are unable to offer returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect orders placed by the customer
• Minor imperfections that do not affect the usability of the book
