Like any promising relationship, the first impression is crucial. We begin our partnership with a complimentary 30-minute discovery call to ensure our goals align and our personalities gel. This initial meeting sets the stage for a successful collaboration, and together, we’ll decide if we’re ready to take the next steps.
An initial briefing questionnaire is sent to you so that I can grasp your needs, comprehend your current standing, and identify your business and personal goals. This essential step aids in decoding your business aspirations, shaping them into actionable objectives.
60-minute one-on-one sessions, twice a month, on Google Meet to facilitate a review of your progress, chat over any challenges encountered, and an exploration of further opportunities. Post-session, a summarising email, and recording of our chat, is sent to confirm your assignments and provide a recorded version of our session for your reference.
A custom-tailored strategy and growth blueprint and timeline is prepared to set robust foundations and to hold you accountable. This also ensures you keep to the path of growth and profitability.
The journey is complemented with feedback on your assigned tasks with adjustments tailored to keep you aligned with your business goals. In addition, consider me your sounding board and accountability partner for any queries, concerns, or potential opportunities that arise.
To ensure seamless communication, and keep your momentum alive, I will make myself accessible via Slack from 9AM – 5PM (UK time) during business days. You can expect a response within 12 business hours, if not immediate, to clarify any queries and support your progress and implementation.

The discovery call is free. After the call, if we both agree to go ahead, the minimum term is 12 months. You pay £5,000 in advance and £5,000 at the end of the year only if you achieve results we both agree on!
